The benefits of yoga are huge, not only do they improve your physical strength, but increase concentration and memory and actually teach you how to relax. I teach yoga to children, and the reason I started to do this was because I saw what benefits it had to myself and thought why should children not receive these benefits also.

It’s yoga night tonight, the only day I actually get to practice yoga. The rest of the time I am teaching when I partake. You just cannot beat a good yoga session!
